Our goal is to reduce stigma around BBV transmission, offer BBV testing to anyone across Dyfed and streamline routes to treatment for Hepatitis B, C & HIV.

What is a BBV?

A BBV is a Blood Borne Virus which is transmitted through blood-to-blood contact. The 3 main BBV's are Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV.

What is a DBST?

A DBST (Dry Blood Spot Test) is a simple procedure that aims to detect BBV's (Blood Borne Viruses) in a persons body.

*Once submitted, your name and contact number will be collected by a call handler. You will then be invited to your nearest office for a DBST appointment. Any requests received after 3:30pm will be processed the following day.
